Job Description
You will be assisting senior managers and directors on the following areas:
- Complete end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics CRM/PP projects and propose solutions design based on client’s requirements;
- Develop quality solution design document and technical specification;
- Perform configurations, customizations and integrations on Microsoft Dynamics platform;
- Manage offshore development team and provide onshore support to develop the solution according to the project timeline, resolve issues and take ownership of the solution quality;
- Support presale, Sales & Business Development;
- Conduct research on demand investigation
Requirements:
- At least five years’ experience in the technical team of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE or CRM 2016/2015 system implementation, customisations and integrations
- Experienced in working on system integration or development in 1-2 D365 CRM related projects
- 5- 10 years’ experienced in CRM technology Microsoft Dynamics D365 preferred
- Experienced in providing wide range of Technology Consulting services to clients, e.g., system implementation & integration, code review, system development life cycle etc.
- Hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as Microsoft CRM SDK、PowerApps、PowerBI、Flow、SSIS、C#、Web Services、XML、SQL Server、ASP。NET、HTML and JavaScript
- Experienced in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 or more updated version, such as development and/or configuration on other CRM platforms (examples: Salesforce, SAP CX, Zoho) will be preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics D365 certifications preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
