In transaction services at PwC, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your work will include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and managing the transaction process.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Perform risk management procedures including drafting engagement letters and budgeting projects;
• Scope out projects;
• Identify deal issues and provide suggestions for solutions;
• Assist clients in deal structuring and documentation matters;
• Work closely with tax diligence, valuations diligence and commercial diligence teams to develop and execute joint projects;
• Manage deliverables and project economics.

Requirements

• Two to five years of relevant experience including audit, due diligence and consulting;
• Big Four accounting firm or equivalent background preferred;
• CICPA qualified and technically strong;
• Experienced in managing MNC and domestic clients;
• Excellent business sense and commercially aware;
• Excellent financial and business analytical skills;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin; and Bright, team players, who work effectively under pressure.
