As a management consulting generalist at PwC, you will play a vital role in helping clients optimise their operations, improve performance, and achieve strategic objectives. Your work may include analysing business data, developing strategies, supporting management teams, collaborating across teams, optimising tools and technology, improving organisational performance, monitoring compliance, and/or managing change.

Job Description

Join our China H&LS practice to drive end-to-end strategy and transformation projects for multinational and leading domestic pharma, med-tech, and digital-health clients. You will translate ambiguous market, regulatory, and operational challenges into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in structuring and solving complex problems using data, stakeholder insights, and consulting frameworks.
  • Support workstreams under the guidance of project managers, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Help prepare client deliverables and communicate findings in both Mandarin and English.
  • Track market and policy trends to support the development of client insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of consulting experiences, preferably in Pharm or related sector
  • Bachelor or advanced degree (Master/PhD/MBA) in pharmaceutical science, life science, medicine or related fields
  • Experienced in advanced data & analytics
  • Influencing skills / leadership potential; Intellectual rigor, flexibility, and agility
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual in English and Mandarin
