As a management consulting generalist at PwC, you will play a vital role in helping clients optimise their operations, improve performance, and achieve strategic objectives. Your work may include analysing business data, developing strategies, supporting management teams, collaborating across teams, optimising tools and technology, improving organisational performance, monitoring compliance, and/or managing change.

Job Description

Role and responsibilities:

• Acting as the on-ground contacts for our clients
• Working closely with your team and clients’ representatives on preparing for and delivery of the engagements
• Contributing your ideas of improvement and change to the engagement team
• Relevant experience in SAP implementation projects.
• Work directly with senior management and employees throughout client organizations
• A proven ability to translate client objectives into deliverable design, and develop deliverables that address complex situations
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving capabilities
• Group facilitation and presentation skills
• Demonstrated management skills, including the ability to train and develop staff manage project budgets, and develop strong client relationships
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English

Requirements:(Manager)
• Degree holder preferably in Computer Science, Management Information System or similar qualifications;
• 7+ years of relevant experience as a SAP technical leader or SAP technical architect in IT or management consulting firms, Big 4 accounting firms or any large complex organization;
• End-to-end experience in design and implementing SAP technical landscape;
• SAP pre-sales experience will be a plus
• Meticulous attention to detail, superb organization skills, and strong sense of ownership;
• Ability to work with cross teams to identify system needs and drive them to resolution translate client issues into solutions that address complex situations;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.

Requirements: (SA)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting firm, big-4 firms experience is preferred
• Over 5 years relevant experience in SAP implementation projects.
• Finance transformation, finance shared service center, BPR experience is a plus
• Work directly with senior management and employees throughout client organizations
• A proven ability to translate client objectives into deliverable design, and develop deliverables that address complex situations
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving capabilities
• Group facilitation and presentation skills
• Demonstrated management skills, including the ability to train and develop staff manage project budgets, and develop strong client relationships
