Job Description

工作内容
-为多类型客户提供税务法务战略咨询及数字化转型咨询服务，帮助企业进行财税数字化规划以及提升，包括但不限于财税法顶层设计，各税种咨询：企业税，转让定价，海关税，间接税，发票管理等
-对企业进行财税相关的风险识别及控制，流程梳理及优化，合规管理体系咨询
-对企业进行财税流程梳理，通过咨询、数字化手段以及综合解决方案提升现有流程
-对企业进行财税战略咨询、财税风险治理咨询、财税运营咨询以及财税人员提升咨询
-从财税角度帮助企业搭建财税共享中心、税务数字化平台、财税卓越中心
-从财税角度协助企业进行业务战略转型、变革管理并指导其进行落地
-税务合规管理、数据治理与管理、数字化转型、RPA财税机器人流程重塑、数字化技能提升、合规服务、外包服务、PMO及整合型解决方案等

人才要求
-211/985本科或以上学历以及优秀海外毕业生、优秀经验人士，3年以上从事财税法领域、流程管理经验
-具有优秀的沟通能力和学习能力，求知欲强、热爱研究、独立思考、自我驱动
-英文可作为工作语言进行日常工作沟通与商务写作
-知名管理咨询事务所服务国内外大型企业的相关管理咨询,从事过数字化转型、信息化项目经验优先
-四大会计事务所经验优先
-CICPA/ACCA/AICPA/司法/税务师执业资格证书优先
