- Support ticket management on Finance Service Centre
- Support FAQ with LoS users
- Support iPower UAT testing
- Case follow up with different parties
- Support to handle system incidents
Requirement:
- Good Chinese and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented
- Problem-solving and good communication skills
- Experience in operations role
