Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day administration, monitoring, and operation of cloud infrastructure on major domestic platforms (primarily Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, and Microsoft Azure China).
Perform routine operational tasks (primarily IaaS) for cloud resources (e.g., Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, Databases), including configuration, deployment, and basic troubleshooting.
Monitor system health, performance, and security alerts; issue troubleshooting.
Support the deployment and management of infrastructure components based on defined configurations and best practices.
Assist in maintaining documentation for cloud environments, operational procedures, and runbooks.
Assist in implementing and following cloud security and compliance guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams (development, security, support) to fulfill infrastructure requests and resolve issues.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
1-3 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or a similar technical role.
Solid understanding of core cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, networking, security, storage).
Hands-on familiarity with at least one major domestic cloud platform: Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, or Microsoft Azure China. Experience with multiple platforms is a plus.
Practical knowledge of common cloud infrastructure services (e.g., Virtual Machines, VPCs, Load Balancers, Object Storage, Managed Databases).
Basic proficiency in managing both Windows Server and Linux (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu) operating systems.
Understanding of Windows Active Directory (AD) fundamentals and basic management operations.
Able to read and write technical documentation and communicate effectively in English.
Basic scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) for automation and operational tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards learning.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow established procedures.
