Job Description & Responsibilities 
•    Deliver strategy clarification, organization design and performance, talent planning and culture services for both multi-nationals and domestic enterprises;
•    Work with senior stakeholders to understand their business challenges, co-design and implement creative solutions, based on data and insights;
•    Produce reports and deliverables in high quality;
•    Support client major transformation and organizational change in the digital era and make meaningful impacts to their leadership;
•    Coach team members and provide advice on People & Organisation tools and methods;
•    Develop and maintain multi-level relationships with clients during the project and as part of overall business development efforts;
•    Work closely with other parts of management consulting to deliver joint projects and create competitive advantages through integrated solutions;
•    Participate in business development, including proposal preparation,  conduct industry research, and thought leadership activities;
•    Frequently Travel Required.

 

Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree or above from a top-tier university. Majors in business administration, HR management, or organization development are preferred;
•    For Manager, at least 6 years experience with team management and client management experience and skill; 
•    For Senior Manager, at least 10 years experience with BD experience and skill;
•    Experience in the design and implementation of a range of People & Organisation solutions: for example, organisation design, functional transformation, change management, operating model;
•    Passion with learning new knowledge and taking challenges; 
•    Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities; 
•    Strong communication and business analytical skills;
•    Mature people skills;
•    Excellent spoken & written skills in English and Mandarin;
•    Team player who can work effectively under pressure;
•    Willingness to travel.
