Job Profile Summary

The Reimagine Park is a platform for the PwC Asia-Pacific Trust leadership Institution as well as a campus for international business school.  It will occupy sixteen acres in Sanya, China with over RMB 1 billion investments, and is due to go live in 2025.

The Park provides state-of-the-art facilities for the PwC Asia Pacific Trust Leadership Institute to deliver unique immersive learning experiences focused on sustainability, digital innovation, wellness, and mobility. These unique programmes are critical pillars of PwC China’s strategy, The New Equation, to build trust and drive sustained outcomes for leaders as they navigate the new era.

II. THE POSITION
Reporting to the Park Committee, the Advisor, PwC Reimagine Park will lead PwC Reimagine Park developments.
S/he is responsible for providing leadership to the development operations in Reimagine Park establishing and implementing a strategy, business structure and operations that will support the company's objectives to maximize the park use from these large scale development opportunities in Sanya area.
This is a critical position for PwC in China. In order to ensure perfect succession, the chosen candidate will report to the current committee of the Reimagine Park.

III. THE INDIVIDUAL
Being the leading person in the Reimagine Park project, it is critical that the candidate has the skills and experiences required to provide overall leadership to the team and the business.
The ideal candidate shall possess the following skills and experiences.
Extensive experiences in a senior role with a proven track record in large scale commercial/mixed use developments in China
Good working knowledge of China property law / practice, market prices for land, construction and leasing, land acquisition, government approval process and joint venture arrangements in China.
Ability to cultivate good connections and relationships with government officials, agents and customers
Practical experiences in obtaining planning approvals, the design and construction of projects, as well as development funding and architectural design process
Ability to handle clients, particularly in terms of managing their expectations
Strong management ability
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strategic and ability to understand the company's business activities and initiatives
Demonstrate professionalism in all aspects of his/her work both verbal and in demeanor
