Job Description

Summary

A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

You will provide support to our team to ensure a smooth day to day operation. You will also be assisting with record keeping, billing, distribution, logistics and financial planning.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Operation Analyst, skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare operational and management reports and perform relevant data analysis
  • Provide support to Business Unit leadership team, partners and managers' meetings
  • Monitor staff utilisation and bookings and resolve resource conflicts
  • Facilitate the promotion and salary review process including preparation of performance dashboard, evaluation meetings and ratings moderation
  • Assist Business Unit leader in the annual budgeting process and facilitate on-going financial management such as revenue forecast, sales and pipeline monitoring

 

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in an administrative management or equivalent role
  • Experience with X-lookup, pivot tables and formulas in MS Excel
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and project management skill
  • Be highly independent, well-organised and self-motivated
  • Able to work under pressure and adaptive to dynamics and changing priorities
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems
