Responsibilities:

•    Maintain the staff scheduling system, ensuring all staff information is up-to-date.
•    Manage and communicate information regarding booking requests, staff availability, job conflicts resolving and utilisation.
•    Responsible for staff annual performance evaluation support.
•    Facilitate the scheduling process by working closely with practice partners, managers and staff for better resource management.
•    Support Operation manager on regular reports
 

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above plus formal secretarial training;
  • Relevant working experience in a JV or MNC company is preferred
  • Auditing, HR or Operation experiences are preferred
  • Good communication in both English and Cantonese
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills in using Excel is a must
