Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage offshore SAP developers, providing technical guidance and oversight on SAP-related development tasks
• Analyze SAP systems and identify technical areas for improvement, optimization, and alignment with business requirements
• Participate in SAP upgrade projects, including managing code migrations, functional testing, and post-upgrade support
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP technical issues, including providing root cause analysis and implementing remediation strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and IT operations, to ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP system configurations, customizations, and technical processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, trends and best practices

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an SAP technical consultant or developer
• Experience in leading and managing offshore SAP development teams is a plus
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, integration, and customization
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
