Job Description
As a Senior Associate/Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Requirements:
- A degree in economics, accounting, business, finance or other disciplines with professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent;
- HKCPA or equivalent qualification and technically strong;
- 5+ years of relevant experience including audit, due diligence, consulting or investment banking;
- Candidates will less experience will be considered for Senior Associates;
- Strong data analytics capabilities to derive insights and support decision-making processes;
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools and technology to enhance the execution of daily tasks and achieve business objectives;
- Big Four accounting firm or equivalent Financial Due Diligence background preferred;
- Experienced in managing Asia Pacific clients, including Chinese clients;
- Must have good business sense and be able to analyze complex business transaction situations to identify key elements and issues that are important to reach sound conclusions;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills;
- Hands-on approach to unravelling commercial complexities;
- Must be a creative thinker to develop alternate solutions while satisfying stated business objectives;
- Bright, team player, who works effectively under high pressure;
- Flexibility and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally is a must;
- Excellent written English, including the ability to write succinct, well-structured reports;
- Proficient in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin), with consideration given to non-Chinese speakers.
