In transaction services at PwC, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your work will include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and managing the transaction process.

Job Description

As a Senior Associate/Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Requirements:

• A degree in economics, accounting, business, finance or other disciplines with professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent;
• HKCPA or equivalent qualification and technically strong;
• 5+ years of relevant experience including audit, due diligence, consulting or investment banking;
• Candidates will less experience will be considered for Senior Associates;
• Strong data analytics capabilities to derive insights and support decision-making processes;
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools and technology to enhance the execution of daily tasks and achieve business objectives;
• Big Four accounting firm or equivalent Financial Due Diligence background preferred;
• Experienced in managing Asia Pacific clients, including Chinese clients;
• Must have good business sense and be able to analyze complex business transaction situations to identify key elements and issues that are important to reach sound conclusions;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills;
• Hands-on approach to unravelling commercial complexities;
• Must be a creative thinker to develop alternate solutions while satisfying stated business objectives;
• Bright, team player, who works effectively under high pressure;
• Flexibility and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally is a must;
• Excellent written English, including the ability to write succinct, well-structured reports;
• Proficient in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin), with consideration given to non-Chinese speakers.
