Key responsibilities
Requirements Gathering and Process Analysis
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to front-end and back-end banking systems; and
• Analyze and evaluate operational workflows, and recommend enhancements to improve business operations in areas such as trade finance, lending, payments, GL etc.
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
• Lead cross-functional discussions with business users, IT teams, and vendors to align requirements and ensure business needs are met; and
• Perform PMO functions and facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment among project teams
Project Management
• Establish and oversee project governance, ensuring structured reporting, milestone tracking, and risk management for a smooth system transition
Preferred skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field with ideally 2-4 years working experience; and
• Experience in working in Big-4 firms and/or Financial Services firms, with a strategic mindset and ability to drive transformation initiatives; and
• Familiarity with banking solutions (such as CGI, Finastra), with a good understanding in related products and services such as trade finance, lending, payments and GL etc. would be given a priority; and
• Prior project experience in stakeholder management with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; and
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities; and
• Self-motivated, adaptable, well-organised individual with a can-do attitude; and
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese is essential.
