職位描述 About the Role

 

PwC被委聘為香港特別行政區政府重點項目計劃之一的代理人, 協助推行計劃。

PwC is appointed as a Processing Agent for implementation of one of the key HKSAR Government Projects. 

 

職責 Responsibilities

 

  • 帶領審批處理團隊,並監督組員的工作;

To lead the Vetting Team and oversee work of team members; 

  • 分配或重新分配個案給組員;

To assign and/or re-assign cases to own team member(s) when necessary; 

  • 處理複雜詢問/投訴,並在必要時諮詢政府;

To handle complicated enquiries/complaints escalated by own team member(s) and consult the Government when necessary;

  • 審查組員的書面答覆草稿

To check and endorse the draft written replies prepared by the customer services officer.

職位要求 Requirements

 

  • 持有香港高等院校頒發的學士學位,或具有同等學歷;

Possess a Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;

  • 符合香港中學文憑考試(HKDSEE)或香港中學會考(HKCEE)中文和英文科目二級或以上的語言能力要求,或具備同等水平的資格證書;

Meet language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE or the HKCEE or equivalent.

  • 至少最低工作經驗要求為一年全職人力資源、人事管理、財務、會計、審計、客戶服務或《雇傭條例》應用領域的工作經驗,或負責處理《雇傭條例》所涵蓋的支付事務,或進行申請審查和處理工作的工作經驗;

With one (1) year’s fulltime work experience in human resources, personnel management, finance, accounting, auditing, customer services, application of the Employment Ordinance (Chapter 57 of the Laws of Hong Kong), or in charge of processing payments covered by the Employment Ordinance, or application vetting and processing work

  • 良好粵語、普通話及英文

Good command of spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
