Job Description
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and approving various types of requests, documents, or transactions for the application
- Verifying the accuracy, compliance, and appropriateness of the request or document before granting approval
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of approved processes or initiatives.
Requirements
- Possess a Higher Diploma or an accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution or equivalent.
- Meet language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE or the HKCEE or equivalent.
- The minimum work experience is 1 year’s full-time work experience in human resources, personnel management, finance, accounting, auditing or application of the Employment Ordinance, or in charge of processing payments covered by the Employment Ordinance, or application vetting and processing work
- Knowledge of the current employment ordinance / regulations of Hong Kong and prior experience in delivering managed / outsourced services are a plus.
