Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the practice by setting strategic direction, driving business development within the HK market, and providing technical advice across disciplines.
- Build strong networks within the firm and capitalize on opportunities across various business units and sectors.
- Identify and discuss key issues with clients to pinpoint potential opportunities.
- Manage day-to-day client communications and ensure project delivery exceeds client expectations.
- Oversee large projects by developing the project team, managing engagement risks, and ensuring output quality surpasses standards.
- Manage engagement financials and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Foster team growth through hands-on training and coaching.
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering technology solutions that align with strategic vision and organizational goals.
- Manage teams of consultants, analysts, technologists, and third-party suppliers for successful project delivery.
- Employ knowledge of Microsoft CRM best practices, data models, and licensing options.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software, MIS, or other related fields preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in managing CRM implementation projects preferably with budgets exceeding HKD 5m-10m.
- Consulting experience in both business development and engagement delivery, gained with a leading professional services or systems integration firm.
- Business development acumen and significant experience in engaging with clients within the Hong Kong market.
- Familiarity with Microsoft CRM data models is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to interact with senior management and client organization employees.
- Group facilitation and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft CRM architecture and deployment management.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English is essential.
