Job Description
As a Senior Associate, you'll be part of a team of problem solvers. You will leverage your expertise in ERP to deliver innovative solutions and drive business transformation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide ERP solutions that address their challenges and opportunities.
- Project Management: Manage ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Solution Design: Use your deep understanding of ERP modules to design, configure, and implement solutions that meet client requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business process owners, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Communication: Use straightforward communication in a structured way to influence others and build quality, diverse relationships.
- Ethics and Conduct: Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ERP consulting, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle modules ideal. Experience with other ERP tools is also considered.
- Knowledge: Experience in finance transformation, finance shared service centers, or business process reengineering (BPR) is highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate client objectives into effective solutions.
