職位描述 About the Role
PwC被委聘為香港特別行政區政府重點項目計劃之一的代理人, 協助推行計劃。
PwC is appointed as a Processing Agent for implementation of one of the key HKSAR Government Projects.
職責 Responsibilities
- 協助公眾的查詢;
To receive the public in the service centre(s);
- 透過熱線解答申請人的查詢;
To answer telephone enquiries;
- 處理並回覆一般書面查詢和投訴
To handle general written enquiries and complaints and prepare draft replies.
職位要求 Requirements
- 持有香港高等院校頒發的高級文憑或副學士學位,或具有同等學歷;
Possess a Higher Diploma or an accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution or equivalent.
- 符合香港中學文憑考試(HKDSEE)或香港中學會考(HKCEE)中文和英文科目二級或以上的語言能力要求,或具備同等水平的資格證書;
Meet language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKDSEE or the HKCEE or equivalent.
- 至少1年的全職工作經驗;
Minimum 1-year experience full time work experience.
- 良好粵語、普通話及英文;
Good command of spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
