- Provide customer and IT support services including: daily IT operations for deskside and application support
- Incident handling, problem troubleshooting and escalation to upper tier
- Collaborate with the team to develop, enhance and maintain internal applications
- Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code
- Keen to learn more new technology - To study IT product portfolio and maintain a professional level of technical know-how
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer related disciplines
- Basic technical skills and experience of applications (e.g. Windows OS, O365) and hardware PC / smart device support.
- With at least 1 year of hands -on experience on application development (e.g. SharePoint) will be an advantage
- Knowledge in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, .Net is a plus.
- Good team player with interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and eager to learn
- Excellent understanding of customer service and strong sense of customer focus
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
