Requirements

• Perform a full range of corporate services for both private and listed companies

• A degree holder preferably in business, law or corporate governance

• Good command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, diligent, attentive to details and able to work under pressure

• Experience with digital tools such as Alteryx and UiPath is highly preferred

• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Associate
