Guided by the Corporate Sustainability Senior Manager, this role is to work with senior manager on overall CS community strategy development and implementation. The ideal candidate is responsible for a range of day-to-day tasks for Corporate Sustainability community engagement, as well as promoting it internally and externally.

Main responsibilities

Guided by the CS Senior Managers, the CS Associate plays an important role in implementing our overall CS strategy for China and Hong Kong, with a focus on community investment projects and CS team support.

Key responsibilities include:

End-to-end implementation of staff volunteering activities, including logistics and on-site support
Support PwC Foundation projects, including project implementation, monitoring and reporting
Timely and accurate community activity data collection and analysis for annual reporting and assurance process
Logistics support for in-person and online events, donation collectionsand staff engagement campaigns
Build and maintain effective internal and external relationships, responding to all staff and NGO enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Assist other CS team members in strategic initiatives as required, and with day-to-day administrative support
Contribute to internal and external CS communication content as required

Qualifications and experience:

Bachelor or above in Social Work, Philanthropy and other social science or related discipline
Knowledge of current CSR and sustainability practices and trends
Experience in a corporate environment and/or working with charities/NGO is desirable (including in a voluntary capacity)
Proven PC skills, highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Chinese typing is required
Fluent written and verbal communication in English
