Assurance – Operation Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth workflows, effective communication, and organized office management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Support in Finance team

  • Review timesheet and communicate with staff
  • Consolidate and maintain OT summary to Partners and Managers
  • Prepare staff utilisation reports
  • Manage filing and document control

 

Office management

  • Order and restock office supplies and refreshments
  • Arrange office equipment maintenance
  • Ensure common areas organised
  • Manage correspondence and mails
  • Support group activities / events
  • Provide other administrative support

 

Meeting logistics support

  • Coordinate and schedule Partners and Managers meetings
  • Manage meeting room and facilities booking and logistics

 

Staff support

  • Allocate and manage workstation, lockers and keys
  • Provide general administration support to staff members and engagement teams

 

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above (University qualification is not a must)
  • Being able to read and write both Chinese and English, as well as speak Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Proven experience in administrative, operational, or office management roles preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and comfortable with various office management systems and procedures
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage mass data
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
