Job Profile Summary

1.Executing audit procedures and completing the preparation and filing of audit

 working papers with high quality as required

2. Manage multiple work request and contact with multiple engagement

3. Responsible for project management and coaching team members

4. Responsible for review work of team members to ensure the quality of delivery

5. Identify work opportunity between engagement and SDC delivery team continuously

6. Continuously improve the quality and efficiency

7. Execute other activities assigned by leaders

1.执行各项审计程序，并按要求完成高质量审计工作底稿的编制与归档工作

2.管理多个工作申请以及与多个审计业务团队沟通

3.负责项目管理以及团队成员的辅导

4.负责检查团队成员工作，保证交付工作的质量

5.不断拓展现有审计业务团队和SDC交付团队之间更多的合作机会

6.持续改进质量及提流程效率

7.执行Leader分配的其他工作

Job Description

Essential criteria：

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree of accounting, auditing or related major, with preference given to candidates from 985/211 universities or overseas study experience.

2. 3 years’ financial statements auditing experience in Big4, and have served as an in-charge, or 4 years’ financial statements auditing experience in local CPA firms, and have served as an in-charge.(particularly excellent, 3 years experience can also be considered)

3. Highly commitment to client value creation

4. Excellent writing and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including presentation skills

5. Good sense of responsibility, able to work independently with minimum supervision and manage multitask at the same period

6. Efficient analytical and problem-solving skills

7. Good sense of anti-pressure capacity and strain capacity, remain calm and respond effectively quickly in the face of pressure and unexpected situations

8. Demonstrates a creative and innovative mindset

9. Good sense of teamwork and communication skills

10. Excellent project management and business capability

1.获得会计/审计或相关专业的学士/硕士学位，985/211/留学经验优先

2.三年四大会计师事务所财务报表审计经验且具有担任项目现场负责人(in-charge)经验，或四年非四大会计师事务所审计财务报表审计经验且具有担任项目现场负责人经验(非常优秀的，三年经验也可考虑)

3.致力于向客户提供有价值的卓越服务

4.优秀的中英文口语和书面表达能力，包括演讲技能

5.具备责任心，能独立承担相应的工作，具备同时处理多任务的能力

6.具有较强的分析与解决问题的能力

7.良好的抗压能力和应变能力，面对压力和突发情况能保持冷静并快速做出有效反应

Advantage Criteria:

1.Certification of CICPA, HKICPA, ACCA

2. Prior experience in BPO or process transformation
