You will work on developing predictive models, conducting statistical analysis, and creating data visualisations to solve complex business problems.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the team lead in developing AI platform product strategies and roadmaps, and assist in the implementation of AI technologies in business scenarios
  • Assist in analyzing business requirements and designing standardized product solutions, including participating in product research and capability building
  • Support cross-departmental coordination to promote collaboration between technical and business teams
  • Participate in the writing of PRD documents and prototype design, supporting the entire product development lifecycle
  • Follow agile development processes, assist in project progress, and participate in cross-team communication and reporting 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in ToB product roles; experience in AI product or large model projects is a plus
  • Understanding of AI technologies such as large models and RAG, and their application logic in real-world business scenarios
  • Strong logical analysis and data insight capabilities, familiar with data analysis tools such as SQL and Power BI
  • Proficient in writing PRD documents, with basic prototype design skills and the ability to clearly articulate product requirements
  • Familiar with agile development processes and possess good communication and teamwork skills
  • Good English listening and speaking skills, able to communicate in English for daily work (e.g., meetings, emails, document reading)
