You will work on developing predictive models, conducting statistical analysis, and creating data visualisations to solve complex business problems.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operations of the AI platform, including system deployment, configuration management, and performance monitoring. Establish robust operational procedures to ensure the stability and reliability of the platform.
• Participate in the full lifecycle development of large model applications, from solution research to production deployment. Continuously optimize application performance and user experience.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest AI technologies, especially the application value and implementation scenarios of large models and AI platform toolchains in enterprise environments.
• Coordinate daily communication between technical teams and business departments, and contribute to the writing of technical documentation to improve the team's overall business enablement efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in SRE-like roles. Familiar with the full lifecycle of operations and development; experience in large model-related projects is a plus.
• Proficient in Python or Node.js, with knowledge of AI large model application development, including prompt engineering, RAG, vector search, and model evaluation methods.
• Passionate about AI technology and user experience, with a strong sense of ownership. Capable of driving end-to-end resolution of technical challenges and leading process optimization and improvement.
• Experienced with containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker. Familiar with monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus + Alertmanager) and logging systems (e.g., ELK Stack), with substantial hands-on experience.
• Good English writing skills, able to communicate in English for daily work (e.g., emails, document reading)
