Job Profile Summary
As a Development Engineer in the internal Firm Services, you will focus on the design, development, and optimization of IT applications to ensure the efficient operation of internal business processes. You will engage in the development of native applications for iOS/Android/HarmonyOS, as well as the coding implementation of cross-platform applications such as Flutter and uni-app. You will also participate in the integration and implementation of AI functions, ensuring efficient collaboration with existing systems and driving improvements in internal operational efficiency through technological innovation.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications based on IT strategies and business needs.
- Specialize in cross-platform technologies such as Flutter and uni-app, providing technical support and optimization solutions for internal applications.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for efficient integration between mobile terminals and backend systems (databases, APIs, cloud services).
- Identify technical risks (e.g., compatibility, performance issues) during development and help formulate solutions.
- Engage in product requirements and technical solution discussions, focusing on optimizing performance and user experience to ensure product quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI technologies and mobile development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. Over 3 years of experience in mobile development.
- Proficient in Dart, Swift/Objective-C, Kotlin/Java, and ArkTS, with hands-on experience and complete project cases in Android, Flutter, and HarmonyOS development.
- Deep understanding of core technologies such as memory management, Runtime, multithreading, message communication, and state management, with strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
- Skilled in using development tools including Android Studio, Xcode, DevEco Studio, and HBuildX, and experienced with performance profiling and optimization using tools like Instruments and Profiler.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, capable of adapting to version updates and optimizing outdated technical implementations.
- Basic English proficiency, with strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in uni-app development.
- Understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js or Python.
- Experience in frontend development projects using frameworks like React or Vue.
- Familiarity with server configuration and related operations.
- Practical experience integrating AI-powered features (e.g., intelligent interaction tools) into mobile applications.
