You'll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Business Analysis - Practice Support team oversees Information Technology project lifecycles to help align our Information Technology solutions with our business needs by identifying and addressing gaps. As a part of the team, you'll help optimise opportunity cost, document the right requirements to create solutions that meet user needs, improve efficiency by reducing rework, and shortening project timelines.

Job Description

Job descriptions and responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end business solutions in line with IT strategy
• Work closely with local and remote IT teams to assess technical and operational requirements of business solutions, and implement system solutions
• Write professional comprehensive documentation; including but not limited to project proposals, requirement specifications, functional specifications, implementation plans, test plans and user guides
• Support end-to-end application implementation Services and project delivery
• Arrange user acceptance test and production rollouts
• Stay close to the business development of various lines of service and cultivate strong relationships with end users
• Explore and recommend new technologies to improvements to existing IT services
  Proactively dig out firmwide useful light-weight digital tools and evoke staff digital awareness
• Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and build long-term relationships
• Demonstrated experience in project management over the full delivery cycle
• Identify potential construction-related issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Prepare regular management reports on the progress of the projects and oversee quality control throughout project's life cycle

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 2 years working experience in business analysis, solution advisory and software design
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities and build long-term relationships
• Proven experience in project management over the full delivery cycle is preferable
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, problem solving and communication skills, especially the ability to translate complex technology concepts into easy to understand and compelling messages
• Good business sense and good business writing skills
• Good sense at design of user experience and attention to details
• Good research and learning skills to always keep in pace with the latest technology
• Ability to maintain effective communication and good relationships with team members
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English
• Experience in UI design (Figma， Adobe XD etc.) is a plus.
• Knowledge in SQL, no SOL and BI report is a plus
• Experience with AI tools is a plus
