负责收集、梳理客户的合规需求,结合行业实践提供合规咨询服务,包括但不限于国内及海外数据安全及合规、内容广告合规、知识产权、劳动用工、贸易合规等;
负责咨询服务项目的交付工作,包括但不限于对客户业务合规现状进行调研,识别合规差距及风险,撰写合规评估报告及培训工作等;
协助经理完成数据安全及隐私合规、出海合规等项目售前、交付工作

【任职要求】
基本要求:

法律、IT、计算机、安全相关专业本科及以上学历者优先,有新能源、汽车行业出海相关经验优先;
有安全、律师、法务或合规经验,熟悉国内及海外合规要求,工作年限不限;
工作细致、认真,能积极响应项目经理及客户需求,愿意长期从事安全及合规相关工作
具备主动思考能力,有较强的学习能力,自驱力,逻辑思维能力强;
具备较强的沟通表达能力、良好的团队合作能力;
具备律师执业证或法律职业资格等证书优先;

通用要求:

敬业、富有团队合作精神,积极主动按照计划完成任务;
具备独立分析和解决问题的能力;积极主动、认真踏实的工作态度。
